Cancellation Policy

Rider and auditor fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a rider spot, we will do our best to fill it — if a replacement is found, your fees will be refunded. Auditor spots may be transferred to another participant. Stall fees are refundable in the event of a rider cancellation.
