Terms of Service

Welcome to Seven Hills Training, LLC (“Seven Hills,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling services, boarding a horse, or participating in any program or activity at Seven Hills Training, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Liability Waiver Requirement

All participants—including riders, owners, handlers, lessees, and observers—must sign a liability waiver before participating in any lessons, training, rehabilitation services, riding, or equine-related activities at Seven Hills Training. Services will not be provided until a signed waiver is on file. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Lessons and consultations should be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee and may limit future scheduling availability.

4. Payments

  • Lessons and training services: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Board and rehabilitation programs: Monthly fees are due by the 25th of the prior month. A $25 late fee will be assessed after the 1st of the month.

  • Prices are subject to change with notice. Promotional offers are limited-time and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • We accept payment via check, cash, and electronic payment platforms (Zelle, Venmo, Paypal Friends & Family).

  • External service providers including farriers, veterinarians, and bodyworkers operate independently and are contracted and paid directly by the horse owner unless otherwise agreed in writing. Seven Hills Training does not bill for, manage payment for, or assume responsibility for services provided by third-party professionals.

5. Visiting Hours & Facility Courtesy

Seven Hills Training is a working facility with on-site residences. Clients are welcome to visit their horses during normal operating hours. We ask that visitors remain mindful of ongoing lessons, training, and rehabilitation sessions and avoid interrupting staff while they are working.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their horse’s health, history, and behavior and for following all facility rules and safety instructions.

7. Health & Safety

Seven Hills Training reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety concerns arise for the horse, client, staff, or facility.

8. Personal Information

Personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using our services, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
